Already have their food dispensers and know the tech is reliable, so this was an easy addition. The fountain works just as well: easy to clean, quiet, motion sensor that conserves battery, stainless steel tray that doesn't harbor bacteria. The water stays moving so it doesn't stagnate and the dogs drink more from it than a standing bowl.One thing to know going in: you'll need their filters. That's the ongoing commitment with any fountain system. The feeder itself works just fine. The live feed for the camera is good too. My problem with it is that I got it to monitor 1 of my cats eating. The motion detector only snaps a photo, it doesn't record a video clip. I have 2 ginger cats so it's pretty hard to tell who triggered it from a photo.
Feeder works great. The cord that came with it did not work and I had to buy another power cord. Also it only connects to 2.4 WIFI VS 5G.
