If your Smart Feeder Titan 14L is not dispensing food, start with the food path and test a manual feeding before relying on the next scheduled meal.

Check the food and dispenser

  1. Check that the feeder has power and the food tank contains suitable dry kibble.
  2. Look at the dispensing area and food outlet for a visible blockage. Disconnect power before cleaning or removing food.
  3. Empty the tank if needed, remove trapped pieces, and wipe the food path as instructed in your model's manual. Do not wash the electronic base.
  4. Refill with dry kibble that is not sticky, oily, oversized, or irregularly shaped.
  5. Run several manual feedings and watch whether food comes out consistently.

Check your model and schedule

The Titan Basic version can be set on the device. For the Wi-Fi version, confirm the correct app and saved feeding schedule. If remote control is unavailable, check the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection. A saved schedule may continue depending on model and setup, so verify that a test feeding actually dispenses food.

Still not dispensing?

Contact Molly&Cody Support with your order number, model (Titan Basic or Wi-Fi), a photo of the food, and a short video showing the failed manual feeding. Do not replace an internal part before confirming the cause.
