Titan 14L Feeder Dispensing Uneven Portions
If your Titan 14L feeder releases different amounts of food, test the portion size with the kibble you actually use.
Try these steps
- Check that the kibble is dry and flows freely. Sticky, oily, oversized, irregular, or fragile pieces can affect dispensing.
- Empty the tank and inspect the dispensing area and food outlet for trapped pieces. Disconnect power before cleaning.
- Refill with a small amount of suitable dry food and run several manual feedings.
- Collect and measure the output from several servings with a measuring cup. Adjust your feeding schedule based on the measured amount and your pet's dietary needs.
What to keep in mind
Serving volume depends on kibble shape, size, and density. Do not assume that one programmed portion equals a fixed weight or cup measurement.
