How to Clean the Water Fountain and Replace Its Filter
Regular cleaning and filter changes help maintain water flow and keep the fountain ready for daily use.
Try these steps
- Turn the fountain off and disconnect it before cleaning.
- Remove the filter and separate only the parts shown as removable in your model's manual.
- Wash the washable water-contact parts following the manual. Wipe any electronic or non-washable parts as directed; do not submerge them.
- Fit a compatible replacement filter, reassemble the fountain, add water, and confirm that water flows normally.
What to keep in mind
As a general guide, replace the filter every 2–4 weeks during normal use. The number of pets, water quality, and visible dirt may require more frequent changes.
